We want you to love your gear. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contactus@naughtygoatgraphics.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? We're happy to exchange. Just mention it in your return email and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contactus@naughtygoatgraphics.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return necessary.
